Submitting your profile is the first step in being considered for potential opportunities. This is not an application into Sodexo
Supply Management, but it ensures your company is visible to our teams during sourcing reviews. The registration process typically takes 15–20 minutes.

does track its spend with supplier partners based on certain categories such as diverse-owed and/or small to medium enterprise status.
Diverse & Small Business Requirements Definitions
- U.S. Diverse-owned business
To qualify, the business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by a diverse individual(s) who is/are a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident. Diverse groups are defined as: women, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ, U.S. Veterans, U.S. Service-Disabled Veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
- U.S Small Business
Small businesses are identified as such by the Small Business Administration based on the number of employees and/or annual gross sales based NAICS codes. If you are not sure if you qualify as Small, please visit the SBA site here to confirm.
- Canadian Diverse-owned business
To qualify, the business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by a diverse individual(s) who is/are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Diverse groups are defined as: woman, indigenous, visible minorities, LGBTQ, Veteran, Service-Disabled Veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
